U denkt er over om uw woning te moderniseren of u heeft vragen over de verschillende mogelijkheden. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in het moderniseren van bestaande woningen en helpen u graag verder. U kunt met ons contact opnemen via telefoon, e-mail of het contactformulier op deze website. Wij streven er naar u nog dezelfde dag terug te bellen.

Tijdens het eerste contact wordt ingegaan op uw vragen. Indien gewenst wordt er een afspraak gemaakt om de werkzaamheden op te nemen en te bespreken. Tijdens ons bezoek kunnen wij u optimaal adviseren want iedere woning is uniek. Voor Roos stucadoors is persoonlijk contact belangrijk, zodat wij volledig kunnen inspelen op uw wensen.

Offerte

Naar aanleiding van uw vraag maken wij een op maat offerte. Deze offerte nemen wij eventueel telefonisch met u door en vervolgens mailen wij deze naar u. Roos stucadoors kiest voor deze duurzame oplossing om het milieu zoveel mogelijk te besparen. Wil u liever een papieren versie? Dit is geen probleem, wij drukken de offerte voor uw af op papier met het FSC-keurmerk.

Onze offertes zijn geheel vrijblijvend tot moment van opdracht. Op al onze offertes en overeenkomsten zijn onze algemene voorwaarden van toepassing. Deze zijn terug te vinden op deze website en zijn gedeponeerd bij de Kamer van Koophandel te Den Haag.

Planning en uitvoering

Nadat er overeenstemming is bereikt over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden wordt er samen met u een planning gemaakt voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Als wij gaan starten met de werkzaamheden wordt er daar waar nodig afgeplakt. Denkt u hierbij aan stucloop voor het beschermen van uw vloer en afplaktape/folie voor het behoud van uw kozijnen. Tussentijds en na oplevering van de werkzaamheden zal de kwaliteit van het stucwerk worden gecontroleerd zodat deze naadloos aansluiten bij uw wensen.

Oplevering en nazorg

Na oplevering van de werkzaamheden wordt uw woning netjes achter gelaten. De werkplek wordt tenminste bezemschoon opgeleverd en ons vuil wordt afgevoerd. Tijdens de eindcontrole lopen wij de werkzaamheden met u na. Ons streven is het stukwerk dusdanig netjes op te leveren dat u ons enthousiast aanbeveelt bij uw familie en vrienden.

Ook na oplevering blijft Roos Stucadoors bereikbaar en in contact met u. Schroomt u nooit om ons te bellen met vragen of opmerkingen. Roos Stacadoors staat voor duurzaamheid en richt haar ondernemingsactiviteiten op de waarde creatie op de lange termijn. Daarbij staat u als klant centraal.
